Form Of Limited Warranty
FORM OF LIMITED WARRANTY - Equipment
This equipment is warranted to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship. Should any part of this equipment be defective, it will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge for a period of from the date of original purchase. Original receipt or bill of sale must be presented when exercising warranty privileges.
This warranty shall be null and void under the following conditions:
I. Damage is caused by any customer negligence, accident, or mishandling; or
II. Equipment has been altered or repaired by other than an approved service center, or any alterations are deemed to have, in effect produced the problem for which attempt is made to exercise warranty privileges.
No other warranty, whether expressed or implied, applies to this equipment, nor may any other entity assume other warranty. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by delay in operation or consequential damages. In the case of unsatisfactory operation, the equipment should be sent directly to an approved service center.
